Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Quorvana, you accept these Terms of Use. If you are using Quorvana on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Quorvana is an AI analysis service for Google Search Console. With your authorisation, it connects to your Google Search Console account through Google's official read-only OAuth flow and reads your search analytics (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, average position), together with URL inspection and sitemap data. It analyses this data with AI to surface trends, detect ranking drops, find cannibalization and click-through opportunities, and produce prioritised, plain-language recommendations along with a periodic digest.

Quorvana connects with read-only access: it cannot modify your site, your Search Console properties, or your sitemaps. It does not run a crawler on your site and does not perform security testing, penetration testing, or any intrusive analysis. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access on Google's side.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials, of the Google account you connect, and for all activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from using the service under applicable law.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Plans, subscriptions & payment

Quorvana offers a free plan and one or more paid plans, with limits (such as the number of connected Search Console properties, the analysis frequency, and the history depth) described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change plans, limits, or prices; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active paid subscription, and changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the Google account and Search Console properties you connect and for how you use the service. You agree not to:

• use Quorvana for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or circumvent the limits or security of the service;
• access the service other than through the interfaces we provide, or scrape, resell, or sublicense it without our written consent;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the service, except as permitted by law;
• connect a Search Console property you are not authorised to access, or use the service in a way that infringes a third party's rights or applicable law.

You may only connect Search Console properties you are authorised to access in Google Search Console. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

6. Third-party data & availability

The service depends on Google APIs, including Google Search Console and Google Sign-In. Their availability, quotas, coverage, and accuracy are outside our control. Search Console data is provided by Google and may be sampled, delayed, or revised after the fact, and Google may omit some queries or pages for privacy reasons. We are not responsible for changes, errors, or interruptions originating from these third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, and content are owned by Quorvana and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription. The data and reports generated for your account are yours to view and use; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and produce those reports.

8. Service changes & beta features

We may update, add, or discontinue features. Some features may be offered as beta or preview and provided without warranty; we may modify or withdraw them at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Quorvana does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data retrieved from Google, the correctness of its AI-generated analyses and recommendations, or any particular improvement in your search traffic or rankings. AI recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice, and do not replace your own SEO and editorial judgment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quorvana shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, opportunity, data, or reputation, arising from use of the service.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is capped at the lower of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) €500. No limitation applies in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quorvana harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your unauthorised connection or use of Google accounts, Search Console properties, and data.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect abuse or a security risk, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (such as liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) continue to apply.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory public-order rules and directly applicable European regulations. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the version date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
